LaFayette Clinic Rheumatology service provides consultative rheumatologic care to patients at our office and at Cape Fear Valley Health Care Systems from all surrounding areas.

All rheumatologic conditions can be evaluated here, with comprehensive initial evaluations, interim follow-up care, in conjunction with a patient's primary care physician.

Aggressive management of rheumatic disease is emphasized and rendered by two board certified rheumatologists, Dr. Melton, and Dr. Watson and John Pabon, FNP-BC. Staffing and knowledge to render the latest therapies to include biologic agents is also available.
