Dr. Melton completed Medical School at Tulane University in New Orleans, ad Internal Medicine at Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston in Texas. Her Rheumatology training was completed at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. She is Board Certified by the American Board Of Internal Medicine (ABIM) as well as the American Board of Rheumatology. She holds an adjunct staff position at Duke University Division of Rheumatology.
